We've lived in ATL for 6 years, and the first year we lived in ATL we lived in MWest I. When it came time to buy, we really wanted to stay on the Westside. This location is amazing! Easy highways access, great restaurants and shopping - I always joke it's like a little suburb within the city. MWest II was an obvious choice for us. It is significantly smaller, so there is more of a community feel. Everyone has pups, and everyone is generally super friendly. Happy to be a resident here!

Delightful community of neighborly folks and beautiful homes! Great value for the size of the units, the quality of amenities, and the proximity to Atlanta. The 14 bus normally stops right outside (pandemic notwithstanding), which makes for an easy commute into Midtown or to Georgia Tech. In these bizarre socially distanced times, we've had wonderful exchanges of baked goods, plants, and furniture, as well as lovely conversations over drinks in an impromptu, socially distanced, outdoor format. Lots of dog-owners, and just about everyone is happy to stop and chat awhile. The volunteer HOA board members have been doing a great job keeping us all SAFE during the pandemic by following our legal team's advice about keeping our pool and gym closed, and I'm very proud to pay my dues each month knowing that they will go towards making our community better in the long run. Despite a handful of selfish, disgruntled homeowners who will apparently complain about anything the community is largely full of generous, lovely people.
