Chili's Grill & Bar

First time ever using this chili’s for service. I ordered a party platter with three things on it. I requested the burger sliders, sw egg rolls and boneless buffalo wings. They got 2/3 correct and the boneless buffalo was was part they got wrong. They gave naked bone in wings. I called and was told that corporate had to deal with it. Then I was called again by the culinary staff head who said that he could give me gift cards to chilli’s but it would take too long for them to give me my money back. It’s not up to them to decide which option I want to take. Refund me for the portion that isn’t right. Long story short if you order online be comfortable with not being able to hold them accountable at a local level but instead on a corporate level. One star for the things they got right.

Fries were under cooked, stale, cold (seemed like they were fried in a big batch earlier), horrible service, server lacked people skills. Seating area was super filthy. Ew, can't even imagine how dirty the kitchen area is of this Chili's ...🤢 Good thing I'll never be back here. The best thing this Chili's has was the off-duty police officer standing by the entrance/exit. He was friendlier than anyone working there.

First of all, When we arrived the place was with just a few tables and no one was at the entrance, we waited almost 10 min to someone showed up, then we other and the corn chips that they brought were wet, and they looked like they weren’t changed from other table. I ordered the chicken sandwich but I was very specific when I ordered without bacon, since I’m allergic. After over 20 min wait, it came with bacon!!!, I told my waitress and they brought it back without it, however it looked that they just take it off instead re-do it. I couldn’t eat that and wait again 25 to 30 min for another dish it would be just a waist of time and they weren’t even in a rush our!!!! I definitely won’t coming back!
