The place itself was nice, parking is challenging... had to park across the street an down the block. My biggest problem & concern was the burlap pieces all over the lower seating area get all over ur clothes worse then lint fibers...smh we mostly work black an was full if the fibers from sitting there.

DO NOT RENT HERE! They are extremely unprofessional. I booked my 24th birthday party she paid $412 (half of my balance) on the 14 th after signing a contract and agreeing to an invoice they tried to text me and tell Me i had to now pay an additional $500 fee not deposit for being under 25 ! Even though i was never told this from the multiple employees i spoke to several times before booking. I Was told i should have known this because “it’s on the website” in which at the time it was not . It never stated anywhere about this fee. Soo before i could decline or accept the charge they canceled my booking. Which as you know takes 5-7 business days and my birthday is three weeks away. They did not care and where extremely rude. This is why i don’t support black business. They are beyond unprofessional! Janae is supposed to be the “property manager” but has only been there for three months and is clueless. She told me it was my fault i didn’t know about the fee even though i spoke with her Atleast three times before i paid the invoice that was labeled l cuppondya’s 24th birthday! I would not recommend them to anyone and hats off to anyone who trust them with their event! I will be taking them to court for the breach of contract and i will be contacting the better business bureaus! Update: now its because of my freaknik THEME party 😂😂 im a 90s baby its a theme but i wish this was told to me before paying my money. I wish i was told only certain themes would be allowed . Which was also NOT IN THE CONTRACT. I will see you all in court love.
