Money is a top-notch tattoo artist! He freehanded a cover-up for me and its absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend this place for any and all of your tattooing needs! This was the absolute worse service of my life. I usually don't leave reviews, but I want to protect anyone who reads this from a bad experience. I received my piercing a month ago. 1st - They pierced my septum piercing in the wrong spot TWICE. I know this because they offered to re-pierce it the same day. The first lady who pierced my nose pierced it incorrectly, and without much information, KUTTY pierced my nose for the second time without asking for details (it was rushed). I had to get a second opinion after visiting the piercing shop for the 4th time that month to fix his mistake. 2nd - The ring was too big, and they told me multiple times that they are shipping medium size rings in and will exchange it once they receive it. I called about twice a week to see if the rings came in, and every time I called, they said it was coming the next day, or they missed the delivery. 3rd - When I went the last and final time to exchange the rings ( this was my fourth visit to the shop) the ring was squeezing my nose so I had to go to another shop to get the ring removed and that's when I got the second opinion that my piercing was in the wrong spot. I went back to the original shop and requested a refund. They told me I couldn't receive a refund, and KUTTY got a very nasty attitude. In the end, I got my money, but no one should have to deal with this. I do not recommend this location for your piercing experience. There's another one 5 minutes down the street that is highly professional with well-trained piercers. Do your research thoroughly before you get a piercing. No need to take a picture because it was corrected after it properly healed and was re- pierced by another piercing company. Hiding it was not a factor in your improper piercing skills. Do better and stop blaming the customer you were very reluctant to give a refund after a month dealing with you and your establishment. Best of luck in your endeavors!
