Owner was very gracious when providing the estimate and arranging for the work to be done. I dropped off the car on Sunday evening putting my key in the drop off. So far so good. They called me on Tuesday early afternoon and told me my car was ready and I could pick it up anytime before closing. I left work, returned my rental car and walked across the street to get my car at 5:15, 45 minutes before they close. No one was there. Doors locked, lights off. Called them and of course got an answering machine. Then I had to drag my car seats back across the street, re-rent a car and try again on Wednesday. Wednesday morning, I showed up at 8:45am (they open at 9am) ready to get my car. 9:20am, STILL NO ONE THERE! I had to leave AGAIN and go back to work. At 11:01am they call (with no apologies), AND have the gall to tell me that they're unexpectedly closing at 2pm. Of course I can't leave work on that short notice, and now I'm stuck with my rental car for a 2nd unnecessary day. When I speak to the owner, all she says is was sick, didn't have any responsibility to keep her posted hours, and feels zero obligation to pay for my extra rental car days. I will NEVER return here for services again and I highly UN-RECOMMEND this business.
