The owner put in a drain from my pool patio that carried the water directly to my house foundation. I had asked him to have the water drain down the hill which was was an additional 3 feet away. The time I had to spend convincing him to correct his mistake was ridiculous. He's just looking for a quick buck. He showed no professionalism or integrity. I would advise you to keep looking and save your money!

Thrasher Pool and Spa did a fantastic job on our pool renovation. The owner, Chris Fogleman, was great to work with and very responsive. He has an excellent eye for detail and design. This is not your typical pool company and it was worth every penny. We could not be happier with the end result. I have already recommended Thrasher to several friends.

Very poor job. Installed damaged pool heater, refused to replace. Multiple tiles cracked, "didn't recommend replacing them". Pool finish gray, asked for blue, needs to be acid washed. Said it wasn't his fault, pH wasn't right. Overpriced, stay away Multiple cracks in tile, no natural bubbles. Heater badly damaged? Not little scratches. Chris text me that replacing cracked tile would make it worse. Can't trust him

We decided to contact Chris because of a HUGE recommendation from a previous customer. He came out the first week of November to inspect my backyard.. Told him my ideas.. He said let me get some numbers for you and will be in touch in a week. A week goes by and I get a call from Chris stating that someone in my neighborhood is also planning to build a pool around the same time frame and ask me if we could plan to build simultaneously. I said sure. Chris promised me my first quote in the next day or so. Haven't heard back from Chris in two weeks, I decided to call his office.. Spoke to someone that was going to pass the message to Chris. Still no reply and a month and half goes by wasted. Called again today and spoke to the same lady to follow up if he received the message and she said he did. I guess he didn't want my business but could had just told me from the beginning instead of just ghosting the project. Hopefully he doesn't practice this type of customer service to everyone....
