I love this restaurant! They have great dishes, their menu is large, The cook in that spot is very experienced, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the service towards the guests is nice. I frequently visit this place and I was never discontended. I recommend this place.

Chama Gaúcha is an exceptional fine dining restaurant for people who want to do something special for their significant other, or for an event/party. This Brazilian steakhouse has a variety of meat: beef, pork, sea food, and chicken. The food here is the best I have ever tasted from the salad bar, to the meats, and to the desserts; however, I believe the service could be a bit better. I just went to Chama Gaúcha to spend my anniversary with my boyfriend. We were looking for the parking garage which took us about ten minutes to find. Getting to the parking garage was annoying because it was hidden. The parking garage was a little small and a bit far from the restaurant. My boyfriend made the reservation at 6pm; however, it wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be. We were greeted by the hostess—who seemed nice— and showed us our table which was next to the kitchen: where the gauchos were coming in and out from there. The waiter came by and told us about the different type of meats there is, where the salad bar was and how it worked, and he also offered us alcohol (which we couldn’t have any because we’re not 21, yet). My boyfriend and I went to the salad bar which had a verity of side dishes: rice, salad, cheese, shrimp cocktail, fruit, pico de gallo, etc. I would say that some of the food from the salad bar was good just that only a small portion of the food was under season. Other than the sided dishes, we had one of the waiters bring us some appetizers: mash potatoes, fried banana, cheese bread, and fried yucca. They were all delicious, but our favorite one was the fried banana. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I were already getting full of the bit of food that we had, and then multiple gauchos came and asked us if we want some picanha, shrimp, fraldinha, filet mignon, filet mignon e frango (this one was wrapped in bacon, my favorite), and much more. Then we realized that our little card that we had was flipped green, and we flipped it back to red and the gauchos were gone. We found this funny because they were like robots, it's like if turned off the little switch in their head. At the end of the dinner right before my boyfriend was about to pay, they brought out a dessert that said, “Happy Anniversary.” The food overall was exquisite, rich, and savory. Even after the savory food and the romantic date that my boyfriend and I had, it was ruined a bit because of one of the waiters. We had three different waiters, two of the waiters we liked because they were kind. Now, I'm not saying that the third one wasn’t, but he was hovering us a lot and made it seem like he wanted us to leave. We had to ask him multiple times to refill our water and bring us a bit more of the appetizers. This waiter would come by our table about every thirty seconds when the other two waiters took about ten to fifteen minutes. Again, not saying that this waiter was bad at doing his job, we just felt like he was hovering way too much, that it ruined our date—not completely—, but we did find it annoying.
