SOLTECH has been the best place I've worked, hands down. I've been with them for a year now and am impressed with all aspects of the organization. The leadership is involved and energetic. I'm provided plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies and improve my skills. All while applying cutting edge technology for our clients. SOLTECH has it covered all the way down to the onboarding process. As a software engineer, onboarding can be a time consuming task but here we have a well planned process to get us in the game quickly where we shine the most!

I love my job here! I love the opportunity to grow. Growth is endless here and SOLTECH is always encouraging me to do more and be better. The owners are happy to keep me where I am if they feel Im content with my current role, but if I want to grow, they are always encouraging me to grow. The culture is very collaborative. I like to say that we are a circus of personalities. Its a lot of fun. There is a lot of very smart, very fun and really interesting, unique and well-rounded people here, and everyone just wants to work hard, play hard. Ive had a chance to work on a very diverse set of projects, some of the most unique opportunities have been working with small business to launch applications or websites that without us, they would have not had the opportunity to build. And these applications have allowed them to launch their business into the industry. Its been a very humbling experience. I love how fun and helpful my co-workers are. We are a unit and a team, and if someone is struggling everyone is going to step in to help that person up. We face a lot of tasks that we often tackle as a team and no man is left behind.
