Zero stars is what they should get. The worst service Ive had at any store, period. This store doesnt like to receive returns and they train their employees to give customers a really difficult time. I refuse to give them my business. Go elsewhere you will get better service. Von Maur or any other shoe store will treat you so much better.

Terrible return policy. After about six months the stuffing inside of the inside heel of my shoe began to fall apart. I tried to return it but they discontinued this model and they wanted to charge me $80 more for a model that I liked a lot less. They said it was because the new insert cost $80. I Offered to keep the old insert and just swap the shoes since they.would throw the used insert away. They could do that because it was against store policy. So It would cost $80 to get an inferior model. This Im stuck with a pair of six month old shoes that are falling apart.

The young black lady there is very nice and friendly. I received the best customer service from her, and get the most comfortable shoes that I want.
