        They are not professional! They over charged me and Im still waiting on my refund after, damn near a month! Ive spoken to the GM twice and nothing. Im calling corporate next!

        Process was easy, customer service was excellent. This was my first time using uhaul. I did the 5 x 8 trailer. Definitely recommend.

        Horrible management and rude to customers. Talk to the coworkers any kind of away ASM. I also heard the GM is sleeping with ASM . & thats bad for business . Creating a hostile workplace

        I have shopped here all year. Probably rented about 40 trucks from this location. One thing for certain two things for sure. They will take care of you. This is my favorite Uhaul in the South East region. I mean that.
