      image By far the worst jimmy johns I have ever encountered. Horrible customer service. Employees never answer the phone and when they do theyre rude and unpleasant. Delivery is NOT freaky fast and very unreliable. If you have somewhere to be or on any sort of time constraint do not order from them. Several times Ive ordered my food took OVER an hour and thirty mins to come. Then they have the nerve to be upset if you dont tip them. Heres a tip- provide better customer service!!! Maybe!? If I was the owner of this place I would clean house and hire an entire new staff. Because the employees are running this business down. Look at the reviews its very clear.
