Took them 45 minutes to deliver our sandwiches & we live 3 minutes from this location. I also asked them to call when the arrived since finding our house is a little confusing and they never called and just dropped it off at the wrong house Dont recommend this location if you want delivery.

One word to describe this place. GHETTO! Who the hell hired these people??? Theyre laughing and joking around and CUSSING while preparing your food. The food was not good. They didnt even bag my order. Management needs to be replaced because this place is trash. Will not return.

6/14/23 3:30pm I arrived and saw 2 females standing outside looking as if they were in need of a ride. I entered the store confused wondering if it was a sports bar because the music was extremely loud playing rap music with lots of profanity I thought being that someone entered the store behind me with a child under the age of 10 maybe they would cut the music off or down but that definitely didn't happen the 2 females that was standing outside looking in need to my surprise worked behind the counter there's a time and place for somethings this definitely wasn't the time nor place for such unprofessional foolishness management definitely needs to do better with hiring

I usually only make an effort to leave a positive review but this was our worst JJ experience ever. We ordered 4 sandwiches on the app and then walked into the store to get them. We checked in with the person at the counter who confirmed they had our order. We then watched as they proceeded to make sandwiches for 7 (SEVEN!) different people who walked in and ordered AFTER we had confirmed our app order. It took 20 mins from the time we ordered to the time we got our sandwiches while we stood there waiting and I am pretty sure this was intentional based on the attitudes of the employees. If it had not been for our three boys really wanting JJ we probably would have just tried to cancel the order and left.
