I can't say enough about how professional and detailed Nancy was in assisting me with my resume! She will have you fill out surveys and provide some previous accomplishments on which to build your resume. I asked her if "fluff" like accomplishments is really helpful on todays resumes, and she says often times these can separate you from others. With the provided information and accomplishments, the resume will have "key words" that can be searched by employers when looking to fill positions. Nancy included so many, legitimate, key words on my resume, that once I actually loaded it into inDeed and ZipRecruiter sites, I was getting noticed right away! I was, or seemed to be, highly coveted for any number of positions I applied for, and then many who sought me out due to the resume simply being "out there"! I ended up with five opportunities from which to chose from. Some related to my former experience, and some new and different opportunities from employers who saw all my experience and accomplishments! She was very professional from start to finished. Even when I got a little anxious she handled it with patients and assured me that she will have it completed ASAP. When everything was done I knew I made the right decision. It was so worth it. I advise if you care anything about your career you need to invest in it and get someone like Nancy to make that journey with you.

I recently had the chance to work with Nancy, as I needed my resume completely revamped. I was in Medical Sales for many years and stepped away from that industry to start my own business. The business is now being run by management and staff, so I decided to transition back to Medical Sales. I knew my resume needed to present well and flow better as I started my new job search. I had a consultation with Nancy to explain my situation and what I required. Nancy has extensive knowledge/experience and has dealt with many people over the years in similar situations. I sent my original resume to Nancy and she had the draft turned around very quickly. I really needed my resume to look good with the break from Medical Sales and she nailed it. I was very pleased with the format and updated a few items that Nancy suggested. The final version of my resume is AWESOME!
