Ruth's Chris Steak House

The food was great as always but the service was so bad. Came in for my wifes bday after a 5 hour flight. It took us 15 minutes, switching to the bar from a table AND interrupting the staff who were ignoring us to get a water. I got us a menu on my own. Each time we needed to order or wanted help we had to ask servers who were working hard to avoid making eye contact. I go to Ruths because I expect to go to any one location anywhere and get exceptional food and service. Luckily my wife laughed it off but still, yuck!! Customers arent an inconvenience they are the reason for everything you do and every dollar you make.

I love Ruth Chris . Yet, lately the food hasnt been good here. The calamari was rubbery. The shrimp & mash potatoes had lumpy sauce. I except superior food for the prices I am paying. I dont think Ill continue to come back to this location. Disappointed again.

The food was excellent and the service is amazing. I was brought for my birthday and my server Conrad help make the evening very special. If your are ever at Ruth Chris in Buckhead ask for Conrad he is amazing!
