        I was turned on by the new Schlotzsky's at Pleasant Hill because their sandwiches are piled high with melty cheese and fresh, toasty bread. The sandwich I just got at this location was nothing like that! They skimped on the meat, I can't even see the cheese, and the bread is not toasty but mushy like it was yesterday's, warmed in the microwave. And it was ready in only a minute after I ordered. A good sandwich takes a few minutes to be done right! This place is run like a Shell gas station, if you know what I mean. This is NOT quality; it is just plain CHEAP!
