Taco Mac

I think this location's convenient placement near the Georgia World Congress Center negatively impacts their service. They consistently mess orders up. I can count on that happening. It's also very probable that you'll be ignored for long periods of time by the wait staff. The food is okay, even though it's somewhat overpriced. The service is atrocious. Also, given how many people this place seats, one stall in the bathroom is inexcusable.

We had a lot of fun here. The food and service were terrific. If you're looking for a casual place to eat some good food at reasonable prices, then this is place!

I am very disappointed in my dinner tonight at this establishment. Two friends and I decided to dine there after a meeting at the GWCC. While we were greeted and seated immediately upon entering, it was probably 10 minutes before a server came to take our orders. After another 10/15 minutes two of us did receive our drinks but it was another 5/10 minutes for the other drink to arrive. After another 45 minutes two of us finally received our meals and the third meal arrived 10 minutes later. It was obvious they were terribly understaffed but unfortunately it wasn't limited to the front of house staff. My chicken wrap was VERY dry and the limited amount of fries I did receive were lukewarm. So apparently they were understaffed at both front and back of house positions. I have been frequenting Taco Mac's since they started in Virginia Highlands and this is the WORST experience I have ever had. I won't be back to this location any time soon.
