Have thoroughly enjoyed living at Camden Paces and want to give a huge shout out to Korey and the maintenance crew! From the time I moved in, Koreys team has been fabulous! His team helped us recycle our moving boxes (many), replaced/repaired the few items in my apartment that were needed, and keep the units and grounds immaculate! The team is top notch and really a critical part of the wonderful Camden Paces living experience!!

The apartments here are well equipped and very spacious. I live in the Towers where the units have high ceilings and lots of closet space. The only reason we are moving is because we bought a place. Rentals are hard these days. This place feels safe, clean and private in a location walking distance to restaurants and shops. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our time here.

Nice apartments, but the leasing process not so much. Scheduled a tour for Saturday morning multiple days in advance and Lorena did not show up for work, leaving me hanging. Thankfully I was able to tour with Jessica after a 20 minute wait. I later applied, but after being assured the apartment was off the market, they leased it to someone else and denied me for "no employment history" despite me being currently employed and supplying all the necessary documents. They didn't even check my credit. For all this, they're keeping my $165 application fee. They say in 2 weeks I'll receive a check refunding the $325 administrative fee--I'll update this accordingly.

I made an appointment online Saturday evening for Monday 4:15 PM. I rest from work to get here on time and was here early only to be told that I would basically get 15 minutes for a tour. Not sure what happened to my person who is supposed to give me a tour However Kia assuring me that I would only get 15 minutes because she had already had an appointment for 430. That was not my problem because someone got sick or you guys overbooked whatever the issue was online. It said 30 minutes if I can do my part and get here on time I feel like Kyya & Larsina Should be able to do their job and give me a proper tour, not a rush tour.kyya ask me if I wanted some kind of cold on my phone so I guess I could do a self tour I dont work for Camden Paces I just left my job. Why would you expect me to do your job when I signed up online I did not sign up for a self-guided tour!!!! I will go ahead with my decision to move to the residence instead of bothering with these people who cant take 30 minutes out of their job that theyre getting paid for to give me a proper tour. Good luck to anybody else who decides to move here!
