Multiple calls with voicemails to Ms. Renita O'Neal in customer service over a 4 weeks politely asking if she could just confirm receipt of documents to process affairs of my mother who passed away after serving the state for 31 years. No return call. Review changed...Ms. Joyner however has responded very promptly and very nicely, upgrading review from 1 to 4 stars

I spoke with Ms.Judy Dockstader on yesterday and she was very unprofessional and rude. I was told several untruths by Ms.Judy Dockstader. On November 12 2021 Beneficiary was changed on line by family member his son/daughter law/ex wife(fraud). He was then taken of life support he passed away November 22 2021. ERSGA made it easy to upload documents through online portal. Mr. Johnson was on life support for 63 days ICU Emory Hospital Clifton road. 09/09/2021 to 11/22/2021 Rest in Heaven Bernard Johnson

After being upset about the wait time to speak with someone from the 401K team - I was given the opportunity to speak with Clara, she completely changed my negative attitude. Thank you, Clara for being so patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic!
