Goal properties was by far the worst place Ive ever rented from. They never come and fix anything that was wrong but always went up on my rent. We moved because the house was falling apart and molding but meanwhile I could never get anyone on the phone, I even tried to going to the office in person and still could barely ever speak to someone. HORRIBLE SERVICE

This company owns a house next to my home that I own and pay property taxes! These neighbors can see my back yard very well from their upstairs and see that I have a Siberian Husky in a 20x20 very nice cage a large igloo house and gets feed and water daily! I have been in my home for over 15 years and never had a police visit! These ppl who rented the home from this company called animal control and complained that my dog was in the rain with no house which was a false report! Animal patrol came and completed the check and confirmed that My dog had a house and everything else he needs! My problem is that these Ppl have not been in the house for a month and they have already caused issues!! The many renters before them never caused in any but these filed a false report and I have called this company and left messages requesting a call back to discuss these renters but no one has returned my call! Im considering selling my home to get away from companies like this one to avoid neighbors like this!!!

This is the worst property management and the maintenance I have ever experienced ever. I rented the property with goal properties near to Atlanta in October at the beginning of winter. Right from the day 1 the AC heating unit is not working I have raised multiple service requests, for every service request I have seen different vendor to repair the AC. No one knows what the exact issue is. I have 15 months & 4 years kids they got sick with low temperature of 61F indoor, I have to take my kids & wife to urgent care multiple times. I explained the whole situation in emails to my property manager (Nicole Nivara) multiple times she never responded to it. So I have to drive +50 miles to the Goal properties on December 21st to local office in Atlanta to talk to someone and luckily I was able to catch Nicole Nivara my property manager, she said there is nothing she can do and hopefully the issue fixes soon and she left by looping the maintenance in charge (Tony). Tony has sent a mechanic on the same day night, the mechanic who came has said a part has to be replaced in the outdoor unit and he set the heating to emergency until the part is replaced and he left. After 2 days a guy came to check the wiring, he did something and now even the emergency heating is also not working. right now the outside temperature is dropping to 30's and inside temperature is dropping to 50's. when I am reaching the local office / maintenance teams I do not see any response. All together I have raised +30 service requests most of them are closed as duplicate and rest are closed as completed but still the heating is not working This is the worst experience I have ever seen and I do not recommend goal properties to anyone
