After nine years in the military and many moves we settled here for nearly the passed two years and just out of the blue went out my door one morning to a slip in the door notifying us that we could no longer re lease here. We finally found a school our kids could go to (one with special needs which is hard to find good schools for) that we liked and didn’t require us to move so often as the military life does. Well after numerous calls to the leasing office and corporate all the information we were told is that “they don’t have to give us a reason”. We even asked if we could move to another apartment on the property just to finally keep our kids lives stable, but nope they said we have to vacate the premises immediately upon the end of our lease and they added a “thank you for your service” on top of all that. I’m appalled by this place and it’s staff for this with zero explanation. All I can say is that if you are reading this review, at the very least take what happened to me into consideration as this place doesn’t even have the decency to treat you like a human being and I’m honestly disgusted with all of them. I seriously wish I this review was just made up but this is all ACTUALLY happened and I’m just speechless with this place. This all happened at the Lansbrook Villages location in Palm Harbor, FL. Wendy Rivera is the person who is treating the residents as less than human beings. Edit: They’re so interested in getting us out of here (still with no reason) that they’ve been giving out our address and lease end time to potential future residents. I’ve already had people come up to my door asking me how the apartment is and why I was leaving because the office told them it would be vacant soon. I’m almost positive this is illegal in some way, I will be following up with this.
