i needed a process server to serve a court document and called several companies. Rochelle was the first to return my call and in less than 5 minutes. Rochelle was so professional, pleasant and even made an extra call to offer me some valuable advice. The day she was scheduled to serve my document, she confirmed that morning, she arrived early and patiently waited for my response to her text. Once I introduced her to the recipient of my document, she very professionally introduced herself and served the document. She worked with me to get the job done, it went beautifully!
