This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Not only do they have horrendous customer service, but they decide on a whim not to deliver things - even when people are home - and tell you the package is ready for pickup (their systems). When you go to pick it up, they say it is still with the carrier - come back tomorrow. Their rep there, Endale, even when showing them evidence of the system log, refuses to even look into it. What a joke of a location. Avoid at all costs!

The employees of this post office are rude, arrogant and lazy. My route carrier, Arn, simply returns packages to the post office for me to go collect, rather than placing them in the authorized post office lockers next to our boxes. I went to the PO to collect them, only to find they closed early today (New Years Eve). The sign on the door says "Heros work here." I don't think so. This is the worst postal service I have received in my lifetime, and I am 70 years old.

I stopped by today to mail out documents for passport renewal. I used priority mail and it’s very convenient. The staff (whose name I do not know) was effective.
