I employed these folks about 2 months ago, and if you think you had a disaster when you called, wait til AFTER. #1, they sent only 2 guys to mop up hundreds and hundreds of gallons of water. One guy worked, the other was preparing to bring the bigger crew in, the "estimation" crew, and THAT became Job 1 immediately! I had to keep asking them "can you please keep up with this water problem, we need more workers, you are not even helping!" It became an endless parade of new "estimators" whose only concern was not completing MY task, (for the company who was PAYING them) but to try and land the job of refurbishing the building instead! I plead with "Rich" to not talk to them, as they were already threatening my company with a lawsuit, and he said OK. Less than an hour later he was presiding over a meeting with his people and the very person I said NOT to talk with. Another crew came in to assess building damage, ALSO not to help do the job at hand. I plead again with the next arrival to do their job for me, but to no avail, he was also working on the big bid! We then were forced to do cleanup ourselves, running to Home Depot for a wet-vac. I personally cleared 5 rooms to their one! A third man was finally sent to help with the cleanup, but he only talked with the other man who was running a machine, and did no real work, and ended up handing me HIS business card, to get future business with me! UN-believable. This was truly the biggest nightmare of my business's history, made 10-fold worse by these people. BEWARE.
