3 years ago my septic system backed up. Rooter Express charged me over $3,000 to fix. Experienced the same problem this week. Called Rooter Express whom did not show and didn't bother calling. Next called Rooter Plus whom told me that Rooter Express 1) did not treat my septic system and 2) did not drain both sides of the tank (solid and liquid). The Rooter Plus service guy said that my septic system had to be serviced again due to not being properly treated and incomplete work. I would not recommend using Rooter Express.

Rooter express come out to pump my tank and told me that I needed a new pump. hey charged me $2500.00. One month later I had the exact same issue. it took two months to get them back out. This time they said it was the drainfield. I ask if I'd get my money back and they said no. They wouldn't fix the problem. Also, I had my old pump tested and it works better than the new one that they lied about.
