Andrew came out to our home to look at our issue. He did a great job and was very kind and courteous. This is the 2nd time they came out for plumbing support and I appreciate the team.

No one is perfect, but what is important is when a company makes something that went wrong ... right! That is exactly what happened in our case. We had a new shower trim kit installed a little over a week ago. I noticed that very little water was coming out of the new shower head. Obviously, that was not right. I called Atlantis plumbing back and explained what was going on, or actually, what was not going on. They sent out a plumber who immediately recognized that something was not right. He took the trim kit off and readjusted the flow cartridge in the handle and the shower head. Problem solved! He also checked the water pressure in the house, which he said was fine and looked at other faucets to make sure everything was working as it should. As I said, no one is perfect and people make mistakes, but what counts is when a company stands by their work and makes it right. Atlantis plumbing did just that. We've been using them for years and will continue to do so.

John Henry is definitely a Master Plumber! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He explains things to us in a very kind manner. We highly recommend John!
