AL FORNO literally means "in the oven". Contrary to the actual cold pizza you're given. the crust was already cooked. Then it gets double cooked when you put it in the oven. So like I just don't understand the concept.

Tried the pizza once .They didn’t even have extra sauce , in a pizza place! I think they need to change things around to be a sucess here.

This is such a cool concept. You take a pizza home and bake it. They have salads and a wide variety of toppings. The decor is so clean and simple. The people that work here are sooo nice and friendly.

Very decent pizza held back by a half-baked business model and unreasonably elevated prices. Regardless of the quality of ingredients they advertise, I don't see why you should be paying a premium on a pizza when I am expected to bake it myself (i.e + money for - service). Quality control is also lackluster as pizza sizes are far from consistent. You may pay for a large pizza and may receive a medium one. The quality of the dough also varies wildly, as one pizza may have a perfect crust while the next one may break your jaw as you attempt to chew what is evidently stale, leftover dough from the day or week before. On a good day, it's very damn good. On a bad day, it's passable, if only barely. Go to Princi Italia down the street if you crave a great neopolitan pizza. Their pizzas are a great size, have fresh ingredients, and are baked for you in a wood-brick oven. Did I mention they're cheaper too? Management needs to start paying attention to their customer base and reviews if they expect this place to last till summer, let alone survive it's first year. Fairly sad because there's a ton of potential to be exploited here.
