For some reason, I can never place a pickup order from this store. Not to mention their phone number never works. Its 4pm on a Thursday afternoon and their phone disconnects after the first ring. Tried to place an online pickup order instead and I receive a notification a few seconds later saying my order is canceled (this is the third time within a few weeks Ive tried). Fix your online ordering system and phone line as well.

The absolute WORST Itañian food Ive ever eaten! Actually, we threw it all away. My husband ordered spaghetti and meat balls. The past was so over cooked that it was moosh! The meat balls were tasteless! No seasoning, no parmesean cheese, I mean they tasted like cooked burger, without any seasoning. I ordered a meatball parms sandwich. I got the same tasteñess meatballs. I also asked that they add onions and peppers. They did NOT. But later added some chopped up onins and peppers, after I opened the bag to check my order. The woman insistwd thar they were on my sandwich, even though I was looking at the sandwich and clearly you could see they were not there. I requested that they please toast my bread. They BURNT IT TO A CHARDED MESS. I will NEVER again order from this place!
