BenchMark Physical Therapy

I came to BenchMark at the start of 2024 to rehab/strengthen my foot/leg after a plantar fascia operation. Dr. Julie did a great job assessing where I was in my recovery and customized a plan for my development. With the plan she provided, I was able to rehab quickly and move on to strength training - every week I could see the process I was making. The exercises I performed in therapy not only rehabbed and strengthened my foot and fascia muscles, but also helped me improve my strength in ways I didnt think contributed much - for example, balance exercises helped strengthen my entire leg and are just a few of the exercises I still perform post therapy. My goal going into therapy was to leave being able to run a mile without any pain or issues - and I was able to achieve that goal. Ive since continued to increase my cardio levels while working to maintain the proper form and techniques developed during my time at BenchMark. Im grateful for all the work they contributed to my recovery!

I highly recommend this location! My physical therapist Juli did an amazing job the whole time I was going there. She was pleasant, patient, and professional!

Great and efficient PT treatment! Julianna really focused on getting me back on track. She made sure I was comfortable, but still pushed me to new limits.

I was in pretty rough shape when i arrived for my first visit. Over the course of a few months Julie got me back in shape in record time. Cant recommend her enough
