The pads work great when you can get a box of pads that are not damaged or dried out... Two out of the last four boxes were dried out and wouldn't even warm up.. The company sent me two replacement boxes and one was good and one was dried out and hard as if they had been activated before being boxed...Too expensive for these problems.

This product surpassed my expectations. Like many people, I suffer from dry, itchy eyes. I know I shouldn't rub my eyes but often get compelled to do so. I have used liquid tear products in the past, but they never seem to help for more than a few minutes. I love the heat sensation on my eyes...it brings a warmth and comforting relief. Like having a warm washcloth on, but more focused to the eye area. After using the product in the morning, my eyes are refreshed and ready to face the day. At night, it soothes my eyes, bringing about a calming, restful feeling that is absolutely wonderful. Kudos for this wonderful product!

I used this product for 15 days , two times a day. I have severe dry eyes and am on drops (cortisone) and prescription eye drops twice a day. The pads felt soothing to my eyes and I felt that after using them my eyes were less dry. They felt like a tiny warm bath for my eyes..

I have had very dry eyes for years and have used a lot of different drops, gels, ointments and compresses without great results. I was offered a box of these to try as a sample. There were supposed to be two weeks worth, but there were only 30 individual package, so, at 4 a day, I only had enough for a week. I had a hard time getting them to be more than "warmish" until I tried putting them under a heating pad for a few minutes. When I did that, they were a nice, warm temperature and felt very soothing on my eyes. My eyes did feel less irritated after each use, which is always a pleasure. I also ended up feeling like I needed fewer drops in my eyes. My only complaints were that I was sent half as many as I expected; I couldn't get them warm enough without using some external heat; a few were duds that wouldn't heat at all and one that wouldn't heat, felt like there was coarse sand inside. And I felt guilty about all the trash I ended up with by using four individual packages a day (envelope + pad). But I would definitely use them again.
