I am amazed at what these guys are able to do!! Granny had the worse ants I have ever seen, they killed them first visit and still followed up 30 days later and sprayed again!! Lady bugs too!! Ive seen how they handle invasions so I know they can kill any bug!

Awesome!  Had an issue with something in the walls, called Scott's and their guy Shane was at my door within 30 minutes, wow!  He found a dead rodent in the ceiling and removed it for us, and no charge for the service call!  And was able to offer advice to us on how to move forward to take care of future issues.  Thanks again Shane!

I gave this company a one star rating but i would give them a zero star rating if it was available. I called and spoke to Tanya the general manager today. It was concerning a name change on a customer account that was never changed correctly two years ago. I told her I was not sure why this person's name was on the account to start with and she completely exploded on me. (She completely went off on me raising her voice each time I tried to speak )  she would not let me talk,  every time I tried to say something then she completely talked Over Me!  She put me on hold to check the account and then when she came back to the phone she was worse. I told her that she had a bad attitude and that made her more angry and unruly with me.  She was completely unethical, rude, and disrespectful.  It was so bad I hung up on her. She is a poor excuse for a manager. She should not be in customer service at all.
