E5Fit

I just joined last week and really love it. I've had two workouts so far and the gym is clean, friendly and you get a good workout with knowledgeable, caring trainers. It's been awesome!

E5Fit has been a fantastic discovery for me. Having previously worked out in a similar style and environment, I appreciate their knowledgeable and caring approach. They consistently create new sets of routines, making workouts both effective and enjoyable. I visit at least three times a week, and this routine contributes to my energy and happiness. I prefer this friendly environment over other places that feel more like a factory. Thank you E5Fit team

I was a member of a small group at E5FIT for about 4 months. The first few weeks was difficult, being so out of shape. I slimed up so much. I hadnt l looked that good in years. Unfortunately I had to stop because of Spinal Synopsis. I really wish I could go back. My back pain was horrible & my pain management told me I couldnt go back. Everyone at E5Fit was very helpful & nice. I would highly recommend them!
