The worst, most unprofessional group of individuals I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don’t return phone calls or give you any information on your case. If you want a lawyer to get things done in a timely manner, this is definitely not the one for you. I feel as though I would have been better off with no lawyer at all. It’s been 5 months and they haven’t even sent out a demand letter. This was the easiest of cases to settle and it’s most likely going to take the better part of a whole year. Absolutely no care was shown. Law firm wouldn’t even deal with the insurance company to get me a rental car. If you are being screwed by insurance companies, this law firm will only make it slower and more painful. I disapprove in the strongest possible terms. Save yourself a headache and time and find a real lawyer. This place is a joke
