        2 employees working, and they are telling people to wait 1 hour for 1 balloon!! No wonder these companies are disappearing!! Terrible customer experience

        I didn't have the best experience the last time I put in a balloon order and I went in with a different balloon order today, spoke to the manager, and was blown away by the customer service. I didn't ask for anything for free but just wanted to make sure I spoke to a manager to make sure my experience for the next balloon pickup was smooth and easy. Anthony B. (the manager) gave me the balloon order for free for my previous experience and I was completely shocked! He didn't have to do that so just wanted to give my appreciation.
