THERE IS NOTHING SIMPLE ABOUT PARK SIMPLE. IT'S A 4 STEP PROCESS THAT YOU NEED TO BE TECH SAVVY TO NAVIGATE. I WILL AVOID ANY BUSINESS THAT USES THIS SERVICE. IF YOUR THINK OF LEASING IN A BUILDING THAT USES THIS SERVICE THINK AGAIN.

Park Simple at 5730 Glenridge Dr, Sandy Springs is the worst valet experience. I stood outside my car as the two people stared at each other. No line. No reason to not be there opening the door. Finally the guy parked my car but he couldnt find the key that I told him was under the CD player. I had to run in the rain to get it for him. Then they gave me the key back. What was the point of paying $8?

Been parking with them for more than 2 years now at their midtown location next to the Fox Theatre. They acquired the building fairly recently and have done tons of improvements to it. This is a very well managed parking lot and their customer service is also great. Really enjoy being a customer of them.

At 3390 Stratford Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30326, the parking deck for Skyhouse Buckhead, Maggianos etc. managed by Park Simple LLC is charging residents and their guests who inserts a validated ticket that is either free parking or $5 upwards of $20. This is the third time this month that guests at this location are being over charged by the ticket machine. This is not the behavior of well run parking management company. Please fix ASAP.
