I’ve been working for SSA for over a year now and have nothing but positive things to say. I searched for a job where the boss is able to lead (not dictate) and I believe I have found that at SSA. The staff is friendly, collaborative, and dedicated in terms of getting work done. The notion of openness is welcomed regarding ideas, teamwork, and overall company improvement. If you’re looking to advance, learn new skills, or be rewarded and recognized for your hard work, I highly recommend SSA.

Working at Signing Services of America has been great! Phillip Hogan (owner) is accessible and interested in not only the needs of the company, but also the needs and interest of his employees. When I started a little over a year ago, I knew nothing about this industry. There is a hands on approach to engaging and training staff. This has been extremely useful in interacting with our clients and agents. Communication is welcomed and modeled, as we are regularly provided with trainings and encouraged to share our thoughts and/or ideas. It’s nice to be a part of a company that not only provides quality work but quality people as well.

SSA has a very professional staff. Their ability to schedule and your scheduling needs are excellent. I would like to comment that Ms. Ashley will always meet your requirements when prompt to. Excellent and courteous staff.
