The phone rang and the person said she was Linda Lee and wanted to speak to*** ***** *****a and I said Who May I say is calling? she said she was from ACP and wanted to speak to **, I asked * and she said she did not know who this was and I said she is not interested and the person rudely said this call is for * and I replied I am her Caregiver to which I was told that is right you give care! How very rude and I hung up. In a few minutes the phone rang again and the same number was ID'd. The person said they wanted to talk to Mr or Mrs. * and I said who may I say is calling? Then I heard the person mumble right and they hung up. Does no one believe in manners any longer. There are many types of Caregivers and that person has no business being in customer service is she is rude in such a manner!
