Made an appointment here for 11:15am and the night before I get a text saying they need to move it to 12pm. Fine. I move the appointment. Day of, I arrive on time and they say its going to be another 15 minutes. Fine. I am finally seen by the brow technician and let her know I am happy with the shape, that I like them full and just need them cleaned up. She proceeds to rip half my brows off very painfully. I get brow waxes a lot and this was by far, the most painful of my life. When I finally see my brows, Im shocked by how thin they are. Im talking THIN and I basically want to cry. When I go to pay, its a simple thanks for your patience bye. 0/10, would not recommend.

I came for the first time last week and my experience was a little concerning. I waited on hold over 15 minutes to book my appointment and had to call back in because the guy forgot I was on the line. Sometimes saying you aren't able to accommodate a customer is better than providing a bad experience. I came in because I was in pinch because I was leaving the country the next day for vacation and needed my nails done. I arrived and had to wait as well as there was some confusion with the techs working on the timing and who would do my nails and feet. The young lady who did my nails was friendly but a little too chatty and casual with me as if she knew me. It was not professional and she kept pulling her mask down from her nose which is not safe right now. She did a good job on my nails but my feet were dry feeling by the time I got home. The front desk person and her proceeded to have a personal conversation and he also had his mask pulled down although there were still customers inside, me. I witnessed him offer every other customer the option to do the membership if they paid over $100 but this was not offered to me. I was rushed out the door. I understand I was the last client, but this was not acceptable and made me feel my business wasn't valued as some of the other patrons. He also did not offer to validate my parking and I forgot to remind him so I had to pay $14 for parking on top of all of this. I really wanted to like this company because the membership fits right in with my lifestyle and I like the idea of this type of service for my nails and feet but after visiting the midtown location I don't want to go back. I hate it because I was really interested in a membership. It is important to provide a consistent experience no matter who the customer is, what they look like, or what time of day it is. Please train your staff to do better. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicure
