We tried two different schools before trying this. The school has great teachers who are all super professionally trained in European ways. A little over a year with this school, my kid enjoys/appreciates classical music and most importantly knows how to play with full emotions and great interpretation of the songs. I don't buy this whole Suzuki method that a lot of American teachers offer.

Im an adult student and I cant say enough good things about European Music School, and in particular my instructor, Jo. Jo is a very accomplished pianists, but far more importantly for this review, he knows how to teach others. I have a lot to learn, and Jo does an excellent job at pushing my limits without overwhelming me. Ive seen tremendous progress with my sight reading, musicality and technique. Jo has a great temperament for teaching and will excel with adults or childrenhes just strict enough to foster improvement, but remains a delight to learn from and be around. Jo wants his students to succeed and it shows. Every time I finish I lesson I leave a slightly better pianist and perhaps even more importantly, I leave eager to get home and put what Ive learned into practice.

Both my kids (8 and 11 years old) have been taking piano lessons at the European School of Music for just 6 months and they have made an amazing progress. They have learned not only techniques but also they've learned to play with emotion. There are some music academies where kids just learn to play notes. The method they use in this academy makes people learn to express emotions through music. Susanna has helped my kids to develop their love for music and has encouraged them to get further.

Transitioning from a different violin teacher, we just started lessons with Maria at European School of Music. And what a discovery!!! I was impressed with the professionals that operate and teach at the school. To begin with, from the very first encounter, the school director, Angela Oyzboyd, treated us with an immense amount of love, attention, and care about my son's needs and his future. That moment, I knew each child at the school is not just another student and each child is cared about in a special way to help him discover and reach his unique potential! Isn't that what every parent wants?! The truth is it is very difficult to find a good violin teacher. We are new but after just two lessons I was drawn to find this google listing to place a review. Maria is skillful with children, intelligent, patient, and extremely professional. My son's first impression was: Mom, Maria gave me so many helpful tips that make total sense!!! Both, Angela and Maria, sincerely care about my son. And, as a mother, I couldn't have wished for a better outcome! We are looking forward to a great relationship with The European School of Music!

This school is so wonderful. My daughters take mommy and me class there and they love it. The class helps them to develop rhythm and learn about different instruments. They also learn to feel the music . As a mom I was so intrigued with the approach that I ended up signing myself up for piano and voice lessons. I never though I will be going back to learning the music but I was welcomed and I felt like I can do it. The voice lesson are particularly special. Julliana is an amazing classical singer, she was able to give me my voice back. She knows exactly how to make you produce the sound needed. I did not even know my voice is so big and beautiful. The teachers are so professional, the classes are individual, I can keep going and going. Thank you so much for your patience and professionalism.
