Kennedy Piano Studio ~ Dynamic Music

Leslie is an amazing music teacher. I was introduced to her by my sister and my sons took piano with her for two years. We moved out of state and were sad to part ways. However with the pandemic, we started back sessions with her on zoom. Leslie is organized, detail oriented, encouraging with the kids, firm when she needs to be. She involves the children in music festivals, camps, and challenges them to do their best. I would highly recommend her as a piano teacher.

Leslie is a great piano teacher! She is patient, encouraging, and kind. It has been exciting to watch my seven year old daughter begin to learn to read music and play piano thanks to Leslie's quality teaching.

Leslie is a true gem! She is caring and thorough. I would highly recommend her for beginners, intermediates as well as advanced students. She loves teaching piano...and it shows!

Leslie taught my son piano when he was five years old. I was not very hopeful due to his age and attention span, but I was really thrilled with how well he did during lessons and practice. The curriculum that is used is very kid friendly and we enjoyed the winter performance. Due to covid the spring recitals were held via zoom, but my son still received his certificates and trophy. I highly recommend Leslie!!

I took lessons from Mrs.Kennedy for 4 years. She is an extremely gifted and dedicated teacher. She truly cares about her students progress, and works with each of them to improve performance skills, and deepen their understanding of music theory.I am now graduated from high school, and in college. I came to Mrs. Kennedy after becoming disinterested in piano with my first teacher. She structures lessons well, and is very thoughtful in how time is used. I engaged in different competitions, such as the guild and the federation, and these were continually used as motivators. I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. Because of her I will play piano for the rest of my life.
