VERY unprofessional !!!! I was quoted one price and then they tried to charge me a separate price from what we originally agreed upon. BEWARE !

I chose to use PR to relocate some items including a few tv's and Bed Frames & appliances from my rental to my new house. They showed up within the window they stated they would and did a walkthrough and got started. They were very efficient and friendly. Almost everything got moved from A to B without issues. I had a TV which one of the movers tilted to much and stripped the screw from one of the feet and I was told to use loctite to fix that. That doesn't fix the stripping, it only makes the screw and foot permanently attached. The bedframe for the master bedroom was left in my garage and I was informed that because the same mover who stripped the screw, was having issues due to the heat, they would have to come back and move that. I was understanding and said that was ok and paid them and they left. I was told 3 days later it was going to be handled ASAP when I inquired about it since I had heard nothing since the day of the move. It is now 3 more days later and no word at all unfortunately.
