I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a top from them- waited 2 wks never received anything. I called them asked them where my order was. They said they didn't know why it didn't go out, and that I would have new tracking by end of the day. Next day rolled around still no tracking. I then decided at that point I was over it, told them not to send it out and just to refund me my money. Later on, late that afternoon, I got an email notification with tracking, after the fact that I told them to forget it. I asked them why they would send it to me after I asked them not to? I got some snarky response. I then asked them to send me a shipping label and I was told that I had to pay for that out of pocket for return shipment. I told them their website said they can issue return labels and was then asked "where did you get this info from?". Uhhhh it's called your website genius. I was then told they "didn't have time to argue with me anymore". Great since I was having such a good time going back and forth myself... It's been 3 wks since they have received the top back in their store and I still have not received my money back....they have their merchandise back. Last time I checked that is stealing. Finally had to contact my bank to stop payment. Disaster of a shopping experience. Never again.

Blackmailing customers to remove negative reviews to receive "customer service". I would not recommend anyone do business with this store. Customers should be entitled to leave honest reviews without fear of receiving bad customer service. I would shop else where.

Absolutely appalling service! Threatening to uphold my money after nearly two months on waiting for my order. This "company" is obviously run by Neanderthals because the responses I'm getting are ridiculous! Why order from this site when you can shoot yourself in the foot and feel the same thing.
