We had a great experience buying a new mattress from Mattress Firm at The Prado. Alexa was very knowledgeable, offered options and suggestions and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured. She explained all of the Labor Day specials so we could make the best decision. Our new mattress and adjustable base were delivered the very next day. The gentlemen were fast and efficient with the setup. We are very pleased with our purchase. I highly recommend Mattress Firm at The Prado.

Tanika expertly helped us with the right mattress for my elderly mother's needs while Tyler expertly and patiently helped us get the right brackets on delivery day when the older model of the heads-up base brackets were delivered instead of the newer model's brackets. Tanika listened to our relaying mom's specifications on how Mom wanted her mattress to perform and what mom's issues with many mattresses are. To get it perfect for someone that wasn't even there at the purchase says alot about her knowledge of her products. Thanks, Tyler, for your patience and help when Mom needed the right brackets that day! She uses the headboard for safety in positioning and for transfers.

Just recently purchased the mattress of my dreams! I havent slept this good in literally years. Big thanks to the wonderful gentleman Joe who guide me into making the right choice. This mans enthusiasm and passion shined so bright! He was very clear and patient with me. This guy definitely knew his stuff!! Will 100% recommend Mattress Firm to all my friends and family, but most importantly Joe! Youve changed my life, one night at a time.

Joe was very helpful and nice and made the entire process very easy. He gave us enough information to make a decision but didnt overwhelm us with too much. We left happy with our decision and felt like he helped us get a great deal.
