Purchased a Groupon for a 75-minute massage. I scheduled my appointment through the website, but then Marika contacted me via email to say that she had a hand injury and that she would let me know when the doctor cleared her for work. She was very kind and apologetic but assured me that I could come in to use the Groupon later, even after the cancellation caused it to be expired. Then she completely stopped responding to my emails. I've been sending her weekly emails to check on her so that I can reschedule, and have heard nothing. ------------------------- February 1, 2017, email from Marika: Good morning Audrey, Thank you for your patience. I have a appointment this afternoon with my Orthopedic doctor, and will know more today, after we discuss my treatment plan. I will definitely, let you know. Hopefully, you will be able to come in more sooner than later. Thanks again, Marika ------------------------- That is the last email I have received from Marika, though I have emailed her almost weekly since then, a total of five times. No response. Seems pretty scammy to me. Buyers beware.

I bought a Groupon that listed the location as downtown Decatur. It's not. And over the course of about two weeks, I have left three voice mails and sent three emails and received no response. It is obvious she has no intention of honoring the Groupon. So, I am out money for services I will not receive, and Groupon customer service sucks. I will never use it again.

Do not waste your time and money! I received a Groupon for a true Serenity package. When I arrived I called the number multiple times and knocked on the door with no answer. When she finally came to the door 45 minutes later she told me that I cannot receive my full package because she had another appointment behind me. And she would not return my money so I have to go through Groupon to try to get my money back.
