I googled criminal defense lawyers near me, called up 3 and Henry Toler gave me the best 1st impression. We met the next day, he was eager and hungry to win my hearing from Day 1. My charge was small but seemed huge to me and I was very nervous but he reassured me everything would work out. It may seem like he's too busy in between your first meeting and court appearance but trust his process- AND YOU need to do your "homework" and give him stuff to work with. He text me night before to ask if I had any last minute questions. The next morning we were in and out in less than 30minutes!! He knew everyone in the courtroom and helped me get the best outcome. I highly recommend him.

So im one of Mr.Tolers clients and let me just say what amazing job he's doing for me. I was charged with 3 dui's with in about 6 months of each other i went through a rough time but i turned to him for help and he went to work right away! These cases are about a year and a half to 2 years old due to covid-19 the court system was pushed back but he still fought for my rights. He reassured me many of times that he was on the case and knew the charges were serious but he would be on top of it.
