It was an okay experience, the tech was on time and curious but really didn't listen to the problem I had. Long story short I'm back to where I started with the same broken lock. I will go to the "Big Box" store and change the lock myself. #disappointed

Excellent service! AAA Lightning sent Issac to my 93 year old grandmother house to change a lock that was 30 years old. Although this task was a challenge, Issac and his manager found a way to accommodate, resolve, and change the lock!! They were professional, courteous and considerate in all ways. I would recommend this company for all your lock smith needs😊

Arrived in time and had to wait additional 2 hours for the Marshalls to clear the area. AAA lightning locksmith are very professional and friendly.

I called Brett and explained that I was in a bind having been locked out of the house I was selling right before it was supposed to be inspected (a showing agent accidentally walked off with the only key). Even though they had just closed for the day, he came by and re-keyed the lock and charged me standard rates. If you are in the area, I’m not sure why Lightning Locksmith wouldn’t be your first call (unless maybe you were already friends with a locksmith from a different company).
