I called at the last minute for service and JS came in a timely manner. They did a great job on my lawn and I have asked them to be our regular lawn care service!

The first time they showed up, they did an AMAZING job on my yard. The second tiiimmee....... not so much. They did a very sloppy, rushed and half behind job and it was very disappointing. This experience was enough to make me seek another business. My yard shouldn't look as it did before you cut my grass....

The owner of the company who also serviced my lawn is very unprofessional. His price was exorbitantly high for very untimely and mediocre work. Despite quoting one price after looking at the property, he later calls to try to increase it further. Despite the warning signs and poor reviews about his company, I went along with his ridiculous price because my previous landscaper unfortunately fell ill. With the recent heavy rains, a lot of other more reputable companies were booked completely. Their prices were actually lower than his but their availability was too far out. After starting he later calls to tell me he cannot finish the work in time. He mowed the grass incompletely and leaves saying he will complete the rest the following day. The following day he only trims a portion of the hedges of my property leaving some undone. After calling him, he tells me he felt he should have been paid more than the high price he quoted and agreed to accept for the job. If you are looking for a professional and reliable lawn mowing/landscaping company with decent customer service, please look elsewhere. I was very disappointed in the service I received and will not be utilizing this companies services again. You cannot treat customers like they don't matter and expect more business.
