Very bad lawyer Period! Do not waste your money, he's unprofessional curses a lot and does not appreciate your business and does not work at all! alan shenberg is lazy and does not pick up the phone makes fun of you and pressure you to get more money for doing nothing! I fired him for hurting my case. Shame! Just one easy money. I can't give him -10 I'm forced to give him one star. He is too awful he faked some work just to add more money on my bill he promised to refund if he doesn't do any work! people can't get worse than this. He also does not respect your privacy and shares your information with others. After boosting up the fees without my knowledge he put a lien on my property also without my knowledge and he refused to take his money from the lien unless I take this feedback down but no people need to know if businesses are good or awful to find good ones and stay away from the bad ones, take it from me find another there are planning around.

I had a case for unpaid invoices, and since I live in Germany there was little to nothing I could to on my own to get payment that was owed to me. Gladly I have a really good friend, who recommended me Mr. Shenberg. He worked really hard on my case which later got really complicated and time consuming due to the fact that there was a third party added. After 2 long years, the case was settled. I can only recommend Mr. Shenberg.

This attorney called me on the day of the insurrection, 1/6/2021, and alleged that I wrote a Google review by Matt Y (which I did not do). He yelled at me like a madman on the phone as he interrogated me. I told him I did not and he began to disclose information about a client who he thinks did it. This attorney told me he has to pay someone to take down Matts review. His efforts to hide his (and others) culpability are very visible. After reading Matt's review, I now feel obliged to leave this review. Its important to note I have had very bad experiences with this attorney. This attorney's inaction to file an entry of a appearance for a case caused me to be arrested for a Failure to Appear which inevitably caused me to spend almost an entire month in jail until my bench trial. He lost a case in which I was wrongly cited a following too closely ticket that was maliciously upgraded to a Hit and Run when there was no bodily harm, no property damage, no insurance claim, and no list of damages. This incompetent attorney argued the wrong charge at trial and said Whatever after the unethical judge corrected him. There were so many documents in this case which Alan didnt have within my client file. Alan didn't do his due diligence. He was absolutely ineffective during the entire case. When I asked him about why he didn't subpoena witnesses, he told me that "I didn't pay for subpoenas". When I asked him about why he didn't tell me about my right to file a complaint when my civil rights were violated, he told me "I didn't pay for civil" and that "it was my problem". Not only so, but he told me "Take it as a lesson learned." I paid this attorney to render his best professional skill, and I don't believe he did that whatsoever. I feel like he just cares about money. It is my opinion that this attorney is lousy based on what many others and I perceive to be ineffective assistance of counsel. I believe I should have sued him for what others and I strongly consider to be legal malpractice. This attorney fed me disinformation. Although a client's file is non-discoverable, this attorney wanted to charge me $750 to look for it and then later quotes me $900. This attorney's lack of attention to detail is appalling. He does not care. There is so much more malfeasance from this unethical and unprofessional attorney. If you were subjected to unethical and unprofessional conduct by this attorney, then please file a complaint with the Office of the General Counsel of the State Bar of Georgia. Hiring this attorney, who allegedly is a former police officer of APD's disbanded Red Dog unit, to represent me was the biggest mistake I made in my life. I wish I could give him negative stars. Run very far away.

Alan fought really hard and kept my friends license from being suspended. He went to trial and got the blood results suppressed. Now my friend is able to still work with his CDL instead of losing his CDL for a year. I highly recommend Alan for your legal needs.
