I worked for a Security company named Diversified Protection Corporation. My union used this attorney for me, and there wasn't a day where I was able to speak with her by phone nor had a face to face conversation with her. I was never shown any evidence of what Diversified was accusing me of, and I had to call the National Labor Relations Board to find out what was going on with my case because my union representative nor my attorney werent doing their part by keeping me up to date about my case. I had to call the
NLRB investigator who was handling my case to find out why the union nor my attorney hadnt sent me a copy of the NLRB investigative dismissal letter, she reached out to them immediately the same day on 02/12/2020, and the attorney sent me a copy to my e-mail. When I read the letter it said that the appeal due date was on February 5, 2020 and I received this letter on February 12, 2020, so I feel like the union nor my attorney hasnt done a good job in representing me. I texted my union representative on February 18, 2020 and I advised him that I would like to appeal their decision and he never responded back to me.
