Tropical Breeze

It was a great place a couple of years ago. Clean, friendly helpful staff etc. Now 2/3 of the equipment are non functional and the current staff cannot assist if you have a problem with a machine not completing a cycle, or if the scanned payment was loaded onto another machine. I loved that it was in the neighborhood, I will now travel a little further to do my laundry. It is a real shame.

Online they advertise that they close at 11:00pm on Wednesdays,I pulled up at 8:57 and the lady that was working there didn't not want me to dry my little basket due to her wanting to close early,she closed up at 9:30,the owner should advertise that! False advertising is a law suite!

Avoid!!!Don't waste your money or time here it is not the same as it was years ago they are not open 24 hours, Majority of the washer and dryers do not work they have Out of Order tape on them. The washer and dryers that do work are barely functional and don't get the clothes completely dry. They new payment method is trash and will take your money people leave clothes in the dryer and the workers say there is nothing they can do to help any situation. I am surprised they are still open this is the worst
