Pierce Lawn Care Landscaping

I debated on leaving this review, but I felt it necessary after careful contemplation. Overall Pierce did a decent job, however my challenge is the young man he came and measured my yard, and his measurements were off. I didn't become frustrated about that he asked me if I would split the cost with them I agreed. I wouldn't have agreed normally because that's their profession they should be expert in coming out and properly measuring. Like I said they were doing a nice job in the beginning we gave them more work. Agreed to pay for the extra work I thought all was good. Yet, when I receive my final bill, there were charges on there for credit card fees which what's on the original invoice. Even so, I'm thinking since I'm helping to pay for his Incorrect measurement that that be should have been waived credit card fee. He went forward just to discuss that it was on his invoice and so on and so forth. Yet, when I went out to inspect the work they had laid grass on top of grass which grass won't grow and started to die. They had already gone before I could inspect it. He did send out someone to do some corrections. But I reached him again on Saturday to request some additional sod and he stated that he could get some out on Monday. I sent a text message on Monday never heard anything back. Just bad business overall I'm so disappointed. Lesson learned!!
